We wrap a lot of boats that are older and have faded yellowed white hulls and topsides and one alturnative to painting it is to just wrap it white. This should bring a yellowed hull back to a new glimmering new white. There are a lot of shades of white, and this one is a medium shade white, not bright white and not an off white, but right in the middle. The best comparison is image clear coating a piece of standard white printer paper.
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is superior to vinyl wrap for boat and yacht wrapping because it offers enhanced protection and longevity. PPF is designed to guard against a wide range of physical damage, including scratches, chips, and abrasions, thanks to its thicker, more durable material. Unlike vinyl wrap, PPF has self-healing properties that allow minor scratches to disappear with heat exposure, maintaining a pristine look over time. Additionally, PPF provides superior resistance to UV rays and chemicals, preventing fading and discoloration, and it preserves the original paint's finish more effectively. While vinyl wraps primarily serve aesthetic purposes, PPF combines aesthetic benefits with robust protective qualities, making it a more comprehensive solution for vessel preservation. In addition, PPF has a more obtainable learning curve than dry installation vinyl films.
